Whats included in the cleaning service?
You want to know where your money is going and what to expect with each clean. Keeping with the transparent pricing theme, you will be provided with a checklist upon first cleaning (see checklist underneath the FAQ)
Do I need to be home during service?
Most clients are either at work or busy with other plans while I clean. While this makes for fewer distractions, if you need or prefer to be home, I can work around you.
What should I do before my house cleaning service?
No need to clean before the cleaning service, but if you don’t mind picking up toys and emptying the sink of dishes. Changing sheets is possible if a set is left on the bed. It's also best to find a safe spot for pets during the cleaning process.
How will you gain access to my home?
Leaving a key under the mat, I can leave it inside when I’m done, provide me with a copy of your key, grant access via a keypad or choose to be home to let me in.
What if I'm not impressed?
Obviously, the goal is to exceed your expectations. However, we’re all human. If you're not 100% happy, I will come back as soon as possible and make it right, no questions asked.

Do you supply your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes, I have my own supplies and tools to get the job done. However, if you prefer I use your supplies or tools, please let me know.
